Service Level Agreement

Valfirm enter in to SLA's with different clients to satisfy their needs. SLA's are an integral part of Valfirm and will be seriously complied by all our staff.

We understand that different clients have different requirements, hence the SLA will be customised to reflect the client needs.

Contact our office for a written SLA and we will draft one for you according to your needs. If your organisation has an SLA for your suppliers, then you can provide a copy to us and we will enter in to an agreement to comply with your SLA.

Once an SLA is agreed upon or accepted by Valfirm, then Valfirm will conduct a system change through our IT department and Accounts department to accommodate your requirements. Once all the systems are put in place, then there will be automatic checks and balances to smoothly provide the service you require within the SLA.

All SLA's are monitored by a central system that provide real time reports and warnings to make sure that at all times the SLA's are maintained with integrity.
